All items listed in this website are in stock. All orders that are placed till 17:00pm from Monday to Friday or till 12:00 on Saturday, ship the same day. Orders that are placed after 12:00 on Saturdays and all orders that are placed on Sundays ship on Monday. Average delivery times are around 1-2 business days for Turkey. International delivery times differ for each country. It averages 4-7 days for most of the world. We provide tracking numbers for both domestic and international orders. You can keep the track of your order through your account.

We take every precaution we can while packaging your goods. Each product that already has a box is put in a seperate box to prevent any damages. All cavities are filled with appropriate materials when needed. 

If you see any damage in the package that is being delivered by the courier, please report it while the courier staff is still there.

If you still have a damaged item after you open the package, please contact us. We will try to do our best to solve it.

Mağazaya gelerek kendiniz teslim almak istiyorsanız kargo firması olarak “Mağazadan teslim” seçeneğini işaretleyebilirsiniz. Mağazadan teslim hizmeti ücretsizdir. Havale ile verilen siparişlerde teslimat öncesi ödemenin yapılmış olması gereklidir. Teslimat saati sipariş saatinden 30 dakika sonradır ve son teslim saati Pazartesi-Cuma günleri 17:00, Cumartesi günü 15:00'dır. Pazar günü teslimat yapılmamaktadır. Mağazadan teslim için siparişin mutlaka kaplantis.com adresinden tamamlanmış olması gerekmektedir. Mağaza adresinden sadece teslimat yapılabilmektedir, ürün inceleme veya bekleme imkanı bulunmamaktadır.
