All items listed in this website are in stock. All orders that are placed till 17:00pm from Monday to Friday or till 12:00 on Saturday, ship the same day. Orders that are placed after 12:00 on Saturdays and all orders that are placed on Sundays ship on Monday. Average delivery times are around 1-2 business days for Turkey. International delivery times differ for each country. It averages 4-7 days for most of the world. We provide tracking numbers for both domestic and international orders. You can keep the track of your order through your account.
If you prefer to pick up your order from the store yourself, you can select the "Store Pickup" option as your shipping method. Store pickup is free. For orders placed via bank transfer, payment must be completed before delivery. Delivery time is 30 minutes after the order is placed, and the final delivery time is 5 PM on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and 3 PM on Saturdays. There is no delivery on Sundays. For store pickup, the order must be completed on kaplantis.com. Only delivery is possible from the store address; there is no opportunity to inspect or wait for the product.
We take every precaution we can while packaging your goods. Each product that already has a box is put in a seperate box to prevent any damages. All cavities are filled with appropriate materials when needed.
If you see any damage in the package that is being delivered by the courier, please report it while the courier staff is still there.
If you still have a damaged item after you open the package, please contact us. We will try to do our best to solve it.
