You don't need to present a label or return code while handing your parcel to the courier. But you will need to send the item with an invoice copy or write down your order number on your package. This is needed for us to match the parcels with the right orders and process your claim easily. 

For international buyers we will provide a return shipping label, please contact us if you need one.

You need to send back the item to us with the courier that we sent the item to you. If you want to send it with a different courier, you can do so only if you pay the fees.

You can return any item purchased from kaplantis.com website in 30 days. This period starts with the day you receive it. The days pass during shipment processes are not counted. To return an item it needs to be unsed and in its original packaging. We will pay all the return shipping costs, only if you return the item with the courier that we sent the item to you. For international orders, buyer pays the return costs unless the item is received as damaged.
