Hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”.
2. Buyer Information
The person who purchases products through the website kaplantis.com shall hereinafter be referred to as the “BUYER”.
The BUYER’s name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address consist of the information entered into the system during the order process.
3. Subject of the Agreement
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform the BUYER about the following regarding the product or service ordered electronically via kaplantis.com:
- essential characteristics
- sales price
- payment method
- delivery conditions
- right of withdrawal
4. Product and Order Information
Information regarding the purchased product or service including:
- product name
- brand / model
- quantity
- sales price
- payment method
- delivery address
is included in the order summary approved by the BUYER during checkout.
Prices listed on the website are sales prices and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Products will be delivered to the BUYER or to the address specified by the BUYER as soon as possible after the order confirmation and within the legal maximum period of 30 days.
Delivery is carried out via contracted courier companies.
Delays may occur due to courier companies; however, the SELLER remains responsible for ensuring that the product reaches the BUYER.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
kaplantis.com may extend this period to 30 days as part of its customer satisfaction policy.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing within this period.
The product must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- in resalable condition
7. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the following must be returned:
- the invoice
- the return form
- the product box and all accessories
The SELLER will refund the product price to the BUYER within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
8. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products prepared according to the BUYER’s special requests
- unsealed software and electronic products
- products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
- perishable goods
9. Payment and Refunds
Payments may be made using:
- credit card
- bank transfer
- other payment methods available on the website
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the BUYER.
10. Force Majeure
In cases such as natural disasters, war, strikes, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances beyond the control of the SELLER, delivery times may be extended.
In such cases the BUYER may request:
- cancellation of the order
- replacement with an equivalent product
- postponement of the delivery

Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER through kaplantis.com.
3. Delivery
Products will be shipped as soon as possible after order confirmation and delivered within the legal period.
4. Seller’s Obligations
The SELLER is responsible for ensuring that:
- the product matches the specifications in the order
- the product is delivered complete and undamaged
- warranty documents and manuals are included where applicable
5. Buyer’s Obligations
The BUYER agrees that:
- the information provided during the order is accurate
- payment obligations will be fulfilled
6. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may return the product within 14 days after delivery.
Details are explained in the Preliminary Information Form.
7. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
8. Jurisdiction
In case of disputes, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the place where the BUYER resides or where the transaction took place.
9. Effectiveness
By placing an order on kaplantis.com, the BUYER confirms that they have read and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
10. Language
The kaplantis.com website may be available in multiple languages. In case of any discrepancy between translations, the Turkish version shall prevail.
