Shipping Notes

Orders placed Monday to Friday until 17:00 and Saturday until 12:00 are shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 on Saturday and on Sundays are shipped on Monday.

For international orders, the shipping dispatch time may take 1–2 additional business days.

Depending on your location, delivery is typically completed within 24–48 hours after shipment. Please note that shipping tracking numbers may become available after 19:00 in the evening, and are entered into the system after this time.

Delivery times for custom-made products may vary depending on the production process. Estimated delivery times and details for such products are indicated on the respective product pages.

If there is any delay or issue caused by our side, you will be notified using the contact information provided in your membership account. For this reason, it is important that your account information is accurate and up to date. Deliveries are not made during public holidays or official holidays.

All selected products will be delivered to you by our contracted courier companies under our company guarantee.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

In cases where multiple orders are placed simultaneously for the same product, priority is given to orders paid by credit card or bank transfer with completed payment. If sufficient stock remains after these orders are processed, cash-on-delivery orders may then be confirmed. Our company reserves the right to approve or reject cash-on-delivery orders.
